This Privacy Policy explains how Sell Products AI ("we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use sellproducts.ai (the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

• Information you provide: your email address, your quiz answers (goals, experience level, time availability, revenue aspirations), the product you select, and any communications you send us.
• Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and limited billing details; we never receive or store your full card number.
• Usage information: we collect analytics events about how the funnel is used (pages/steps viewed, buttons clicked, product cards viewed and chosen, timestamps, and a random session identifier). We also use browser storage (localStorage) to remember your progress and preferences.
• Advertising data: we use the Meta (Facebook) pixel, which collects device and event data (such as page views, leads, and purchases) subject to Meta's own policies.
• Automatic data: our hosting providers log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and request times for security and operations.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide the Service: build your store, connect suppliers, process payments, and deliver your purchase.
• To send you transactional emails (your store link, billing notices) and marketing emails about the Service. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is honored promptly.
• To measure and improve the funnel (analytics), and to measure advertising effectiveness (Meta pixel).
• To prevent fraud and abuse, and to comply with legal obligations.

3. Who We Share Information With

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Service, under their own privacy and security obligations:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Shopify — store hosting and activation (when you take your store live)
• Our store-building and fulfillment partner — to build your store and connect your product's supplier
• ActiveCampaign — email delivery and marketing automation
• Meta — advertising measurement (pixel events)
• Vercel and infrastructure providers — hosting and analytics storage

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer (merger, acquisition, or sale of assets).

4. Your Choices & Rights

• Email: unsubscribe from marketing at any time via the link in any email.
• Access / deletion: you may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@sellproducts.ai. We will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example, California or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights, including correction, portability, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We honor verified requests regardless of location.
• Cookies/pixels: you can control cookies through your browser settings; ad-blocking tools may limit pixel collection. We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals.

5. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations (for example, payment records), resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Funnel analytics events are retained on a rolling basis. You may request deletion at any time as described above.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and processing payments exclusively through PCI-compliant providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children

The Service is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18 (or under 13 in any event). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. International Users

The Service is operated from the United States, and information is processed in the U.S. If you use the Service from elsewhere, you consent to processing in the U.S.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Material changes will be highlighted in the Service or by email.
