Refund Policy

Effective date: August 18, 2026

The short version: every payment you make to Sell Products AI is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy for any reason, email us within 30 days of a charge and we'll refund that charge in full. No forms, no phone calls, no hard feelings.

1. What's Covered

The $20 store unlock — refundable in full within 30 days of the charge.
One-time add-on purchases (for example, the Unlimited Stores upgrade, SEO Boost, email packs, or ad creative packages) — refundable in full within 30 days of the charge.

2. How to Request a Refund

Email support@sellproducts.ai with the subject line "Refund" from the email address you used at checkout (or include that email in your message).
That's it. You do not need to give a reason, though we always appreciate feedback.

We process refund requests within 2 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method; depending on your bank, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.

3. What Happens After a Refund

Refunding the store unlock ends your access to the store the Service prepared for you.
Your Shopify account and any Shopify charges are separate — Shopify's own billing is governed by Shopify's policies, and canceling with us does not automatically cancel a Shopify subscription you created. (We're happy to point you to where to do that — just ask.)

4. Timing Notes

The 30-day window for each charge starts on the date of that charge, not the date of signup.
Requests made after the 30-day window for a given charge are not eligible for that charge. Every purchase on the Service is a one-time charge — there is no subscription with us and nothing bills automatically, so there is never a future charge to cancel.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — our refund policy is faster and more generous than the dispute process, and we honor it. Charges refunded by us cannot also be disputed.
