This Purchase Agreement sets out the specific commercial terms of purchases made on sellproducts.ai. It is part of, and incorporates, our Terms of Service (including its binding arbitration and class action waiver provisions), Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. By completing a purchase you agree to all of them.

By completing the purchase you authorize us (via our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your payment method the one-time price shown at checkout. Store unlock and optional add-ons are single charges — we do not enroll you in any subscription and nothing renews automatically. If a charge fails, we may retry it.
Card on file for one-click add-ons: when you complete the store unlock, you authorize Stripe to securely save your payment method so that optional add-ons you choose later can be purchased in one click. Each such charge happens only when you tap a clearly priced purchase button — we never charge your saved card without an action by you, and every charge remains covered by the 30-day Refund Policy. You can ask us to remove your saved payment method at any time via support@sellproducts.ai.

Everything we sell is a digital service. Store unlock access is delivered immediately after payment. Going live on the internet requires activating your store on Shopify, a third party with its own account and pricing (Shopify sets and may change its own fees, including any promotional pricing). Ad creative add-ons are delivered to your email within the timeframe stated at purchase.
Running an online store involves costs beyond our fees that we do not control and do not receive: Shopify subscription fees, payment processing fees charged by your store's processor, supplier/product costs for orders your customers place, advertising you choose to buy, and taxes. Affiliate disclosure: we may earn commissions from third parties, including Shopify, when you sign up through our links; this does not increase your price.
You are buying software and services — not results. We make no guarantee that your store will generate sales, revenue, or profit. Any figures shown before purchase (margins, "profit per sale," example monthly math) are illustrations based on list prices and supplier costs only; they exclude your business costs and are not predictions or typical results. Most new stores make few or no sales. Your outcome depends on your own effort and decisions.
